We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preventative Maintenance Technician for CNC Machines to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our CNC machines to ensure they operate at peak performance and minimize downtime. The candidate should be able to conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure our equipment operates smoothly.

Shift:6am-2:30pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

What You Will Be Doing:

Plan and perform predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections of CNC machines to identify any potential issues or defects.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements.
Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend machine life.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize equipment disruptions.
Maintain an inventory of necessary replacement parts and materials.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.

Do You Have?

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in mechanical or electrical technology, or relevant field experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate maintenance records.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
Capable of being forklift certified
