Conduent is seeking software engineers to support our transportation department.
Youll work on cutting edge technology and be mentored on the job.
Youll communicate with designed to better understand layouts prior to coding.
Youll test elements before the product goes live and work with cross functional teams.
Youll participate in full development lifecycle including all areas of design and analysis.

What youll do here:

Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design
Maintain existing codes, support, document, and test bug fixes and enhancement
Analyze software failures to find root causes of errors and devise fixes to pre-empt similar faults in the future
Analyze and excerpt data requests
Participate in design and development of new features, products, and utilities
Consult with product management and end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet customers needs
Write technical specifications and requirements definition based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
Serve as tier 1 to 3 technical support on O&M projects

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelors degree in any STEM majors
US.
Citizen or Green Card Holder
Inspired to pursue an accelerated career path in information technology
Course works with hands-on programming projects using any modern programming languages, Java, C#, Python, PL/SQL and familiar with RDBMS and ETL tools
Good oral and writing communication skills
Good system and/or data analytics skills

Preferred Skills For Consideration:

Coursework in SQL database development, store procedure, triggers
Coursework in ETL development and integrations
Experience with ETL tools
Experience with MS SQL database administration
Coursework in Public Cloud
Experience in software and network troubleshooting
