Bonus Programs & Pay:

Competitive Base Wage: Our commitment to your hard work starts with a competitive base wage that reflects your skills and experience.
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Shift: Enjoy an additional $3.00 per hour during these prime working hours
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Shift: Night owls, we've got you covered with an extra $1.50 per hour for your dedication during the late shift.

Competitive Compensation: Base pay is structured based on experience, starting at $40.00 per hour and increasing by years of experience up to a maximum of 10 years.

Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse (RN):

Provide exceptional patient care to residents.
Ensure compliance with state and Federal Regulations.
Collaborate effectively with members of the healthcare team.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare teams.

Requirements:

Valid state RN license(s).
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and efficiently.
Reliable transportation.
