DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

Reading of technical part drawings 能够看懂产品技术图纸.
Setting up of machines for production based on drawings 根据图纸安装调试模具,以便进行生产.
Raising of requisition for materials and tooling 提交原材料和模具领用申请.
Checking parts that are produced to ensure that they are in line with quality requirement according to control planning. 依控制计划,检验生产出来的产品,确保其符合质量要求.
Making adjustment to machine settings during productions 在生产过程中调节机器.
Adhering to safety procedures and practices during machine operations 在操作机器过程中严格遵守安全程序.
Filling in various production records such as lot traveler, SPC charts, self-inspection record, etc.完成各种生产报表,诸如流转单,SPC图,自检记录等.
Doing routine 5S housekeeping and maintenance to take care of work area and equipment. 开展日常5S清洁整理活动,保持工作现场和机器设备清洁.
Check and monitor the status of machine and gauge, and report to shift leader and QA if it is abnormal. 负责生产设备每天的日常维护检查并确认机器及检具的状态,发现异常及时向领班、QA相关部门汇报.
