Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:
Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments - these guaranteed hours do not include any 'on-call' time worked

Unit Description: The Birthplace is a 12-bed, private room, labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum unit that includes a nursery staffed by obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, pediatricians, neonatologists and registered nurses. The Unit also has a 2 bed triage and 6 bed postpartum area.
Registered nurses are required to demonstrate competent care of the patient in labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn advanced fetal monitoring, breastfeeding education, neonatal resuscitation certification, advanced life support certification, and the OR scrub and circulating roles.
Minimum Requirements:
Labor and Delivery experience required
Mother/Baby experience required
Evidence of recent EFM continuing education, or within 3 months of hire
Recommended Requirements:
OR Circulating & Scrub experience preferred
Experience working in continuing care/special care nursery/NICU environment preferred
NM to interview and offer - Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission
All RTO requests must be presented at time of sub
Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm, travel or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered
