We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Data Management Engineer to join our Enterprise Financial Messaging team. This role is located in Pune, India - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Data Analysis and management.
• Develop understanding of business needs and functionalities to determine compatibility of database / datasets.
• Provides knowledge of enterprise data to assist the business in the creation and definition of internal and external message flows.
• Work with Internal and external stakeholders to elicit and document data flow requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
• Data Analysis Experience
• Data Modeling experience
• SWIFT ISO20022 / XML Experience
• Excellent Communication Skill.
• AI and ML exposure.
