Los encargados de servicio automotores supervisan reclutar, orientar, y el entrenamiento de los técnicos automotores del servicio para asegurar una unidad capaz de las reparaciones.
Son responsables de asignar y de designar deberes del trabajo al personal según su funcionamiento e historia.
También guían y dirigen las actividades del personal de mantenimiento/reparaci ón para garantizar una productividad y eficiencia óptimas.
Como parte de sus funciones, los gerentes de servicio automotrices se acercan a los clientes para alentarlos a venir por su tienda para reparaciones de automóviles.
Supervisan la inspección de vehículos antes y después de reparaciones para identificar componentes defectuosos y asegurar la fijación completa.
También entren en contacto con a clientes para notificarles de reparaciones acabadas, de la fecha del servicio programado siguiente y de la otra información automotriz relevante.
Los Gerentes de servicio automotriz presentan informes y actualizaciones al Director de Piezas y Servicio en actividades del trabajo.
Conducen negociaciones del precio de la reparación con los clientes para llegar a un precio favorable.
También mantienen un registro de todas las reparaciones de vehículos, mantenimiento y sus honorarios asociados.
Como parte de sus tareas, los Gerentes de Servicio automotriz atienden a los acontecimientos y a las conferencias de la industria para poner al día conocimiento del trabajo y para ampliar la red personal.
Requisitos
Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas
Conocimiento en el Servicio de Autos
Experiencia en la Industria Automotriz mínimo 3 años
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar
Dominio en MS Office
Dominio o Conocimiento en el programa CDK
Completamente bilingüe (español - inglés)
Destrezas en la comunicación oral y escrita
Capacitado en Estrategias de Negocio
Capacitado en Alianzas de Negocio
Licencia de Conducir vigente
