Responsibilities:

Skilled and experienced Engineering Mechanic Supervisor to lead our team of engineering mechanics in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems
Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of Engineering Management.
Supervise a team of engineering mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for mechanical equipment and systems.
Continually support and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting both guestsand associates.
Oversee the installation of new equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Diagnose mechanical problems and develop effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
To be an independent mechanic, able to analyze problems and to formulate plans to get work done quickly including procurement of materials, parts, etc., and necessary scheduling arrangements with a high degree of quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Experience as Mechanical Engineering and other systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery as supervisor for at least 3 years.
Must poses experience in one or more of the following areas: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic/Electronic Systems & Controls, Plumbing, Carpentry & Finish Skills, Kitchen Equipment, General Building.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Able to lift heavy objects.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Hospitality oriented
Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
