Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Responsible for the supervision of the development of design projects with a strong. electrical transmission and distribution component.

Be visionary and able to share that vision with the team members planning for alternatives for a power distribution system.

Apply knowledge in local and federal codes.

Attend project design meetings with clients, technical leads, consultants, agencies, and contractors for transmission and distribution of electrical systems projects.

Develop project's staff members by facilitating training sessions and providing them feedback.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

20 years of Experience

Professional Engineer License

Able to manage resources, budgets, work plans, priorities, and project management tools to successfully lead employees from the beginning of the project to the end of the project.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and time management skills.
