Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities 主要职责和责任
This job involves managing and maintaining all the equipment and facilities at CSL Plasma China.
You will be responsible for developing uniform engineering service and maintenance standards and practices for all the facilities and ensuring that they are appropriately supported and maintained to meet the business's rapidly growth needs.

You will report to the Senior Plasma Engineering Manager and work with a professional services provider to fix any identified problems and coordinate the process.
You will also ensure the entire Plasma China team complies with health, safety, and environmental requirements and fulfills local regulations.

Responsible for managing the equipment such as freezer warehouses, power generators and water, electricity, gas related center facilities to meets daily production requirements in center.

Accountable to ensure accuracy、integrity and traceability of monthly equipment quality checklist and EHS related data collection.

Develops and Deploys processes to reduce equipment break down time as well as reducing repairing time through Kaizen.
Supports centers to improve maintainability of machine.

Adhere to global plasma engineering maintenance procedures and develops local equipment management procedures including maintenance plans and write off procedures.
Develops key spare parts list、creates and maintains SOPs and related quality check procedures, implement TPM system.

Directly communicate with local agencies so Center management are aware of any/all rising problems or changes occurring within the area of responsibility.

Support real estate development and construction teams to reduce costs on relocation projects within the scope、 schedule and budget.

Exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to, high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.
Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwears in appropriate areas and follow safety practices.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience 基本技能、知识和经验要求
